SDR Benefits provides a variety of employee benefit plans to allow our clients to create a custom package that will fit their needs. We offer medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and worksite benefits. We work with both fully-insured and self-funded clients.

Partnering with a variety of insurance carriers allows us to provide our clients with the best rates and plans available. SDR Benefits works as a liaison between our clients and carriers to help create a package our clients are proud to offer to their employees. Our services provide both our clients and their employees with support and education to help navigate the insurance industry.

Once plans have been chosen, we will provide all the necessary information to educate employees and answer questions. Whether that be a in a group setting or individual one-on-one meetings to assure everyone is comfortable.

Our services also include providing compliance documents and guidance relating to the Affordable Care Act requirements.  This would include a review of these documents and how they are to be managed and distributed to employees.
